Computer Center The Computer Center is an organization providing computer services for administration and instruction, including the organization of computer training courses and the provision of academic services for the general public. | |
![]() The Health Science Center | The
Health Science Center The Health Science Center, with a capacity equivalent to that of a 150-bed hospital, is an organization concentrating on research as well as the provision of health services for students, university personnel, and the general public. The University, through the University Hospital which is located on campus, provides medical services round the clock. | |
![]() The Institute of Marine Science | The
Institute of Marine Science The Institute of Marine Science is an organization emphasizing research on biological problems and the cultivation of rare and endangered marine animals. The Marine Environment Department focuses on the Eastern Seaboard; the Biodiversity Department on living animals, plants, and micro-organisms in Eastern Seaboard areas; and the Marine Biotechnology Department on developing living natural products including sustainable exploitation of natural resources. At present, these are more than 80 completed projects and many on going ones. Examples are biological studies of sea horses, butterfly fish, and damselfish. There are also projects focusing on biologically active substances from bacteria and marine invertebrates. | |

Preservation The University' s Arts and Culture Institute is an organization focusing on maintenance, preservation, and promotion of Thai arts and culture. Various kinds of activities are held within and outside the country. A Thai classical music contest for primary and secondary schools in the eastern region is held each year, with winners receiving the Princess Sirindhorn Trophy. | |
