Burapha University is honoured to participate in the 7th ASEAN+3 Rectors’ Conference, held on 19–20 November 2025 and hosted by Can Tho University, Vietnam.
As a core member of the ASEAN University Network, Burapha University joined university leaders from 10 ASEAN member countries, Timor-Leste, and the +3 partners: China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.
This year’s conference centred on the theme:
‘Beyond Borders: Strengthening Networks, Sharing Excellence, and Advancing Sustainable ASEAN+3 Collaboration’.
Burapha University was represented by the President, the Vice President, the Assistants to the President, the Directors, and representatives from the Office of the President. At the plenary session, the President announced that Burapha University will host the 8th ASEAN+3 Rectors’ Conference in November 2027.
Hosting this conference presents a significant opportunity for Burapha University to help shape the regional higher education agenda, strengthen ASEAN+3 cooperation, and showcase the university’s expanding role within the network. We look forward to welcoming presidents, rectors, and delegates from across the region to Bangsaen in 2027 as we continue to foster academic excellence, deepen strategic partnerships, and promote sustainable regional collaboration.
