Burapha University’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences hosted the 3rd annual network collaboration meeting among 6 institutions on November 7, 2024, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Thaotong Hotel, Burapha University.






The event was opened with welcoming remarks by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wacharin Kasalak, Acting President of Burapha University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suchada Pongkittiviboon, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who gave a report on the event. Participating universities from the humanities and social sciences network included the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus; Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University; Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University; Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University; Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University; and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University.
In the morning session, participants engaged in discussions on academic management, research, community service, student affairs, international relations, and organizational management. The afternoon session featured networking activities among the 6 institutions and a handover ceremony for the next host institution of the network meeting.


The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen the network collaboration among the 6 institutions and promote the exchange of knowledge in teaching, research, community service, student affairs, and administration. Additionally, it aimed to expand the network of institutions with a mission in humanities and social sciences education, leading to efficient development in all aspects, strengthening inter-institutional networks, and promoting the achievement of institutional missions with higher quality in the future.
