ผศ.ดร.สวามินี ธีระวุฒิ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนยุทธศาสตร์และนโยบาย ร่วมกับสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เปิดตัวระบบดิจิทัลตัวใหม่ ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา BUU – RMS ภายใต้นโยบายของ รศ.ดร.วัชรินทร์ กาสลัก ผู้รักษาการแทนอธิการบดี โดยเน้นให้มหาวิทยาลัยทํางานบนฐานข้อมูลและใช้ระบบดิจิทัลต่าง ๆ ช่วยในการทํางานด้านยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
ระบบ BUU – RMS เป็นระบบที่กองแผนงาน สำนักงานอธิการบดี และสํานักคอมพิวเตอร์ ร่วมกันพัฒนาขึ้นเน้นในเรื่องของกระบวนการนำเอาเทคโนโลยีและกลยุทธ์การทำงานแบบดิจิทัลเข้ามาใช้ในการวางรากฐาน กำหนดเป้าหมาย ไปจนถึงปรับใช้กับขั้นตอนการทำงานและการขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมองค์กร โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการบริหารความเสี่ยง Risk Management โดยตัวระบบ BUU – RMS เป็นระบบแสดงผลผ่านหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ แบบ Dashboard ซึ่งจะสรุปข้อมูลทุกอย่างให้อยู่ในหน้าจอเดียว เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนและรวดเร็ว ซึ่งช่วยให้การทํางานในเชิงของการตัดสินใจในการนําข้อมูลมาบริหารมีความคล่องตัวมากขึ้น โดยระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลแบบ Real time และสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนมาตรการต่าง ๆ ที่จะใช้ในการบริหารความเสี่ยง และตรวจสอบวัดผลสำหรับติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานได้ ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทํางานให้กับผู้บริหารและบุคลากร ตามเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
“Buu University Unveils BUU-RMS: A Digital Risk Management System for Comprehensive Situational Awareness and Organizational Performance Assessment.”
Asst. Prof. Savaminee Teerawut, Ph.D. Vice President for Strategic Planning and Policies, in collaboration with the Computer Center of Burapha University ,under the leadership of Acting President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wacharin Kasalak, has launched a new digital system, BUU-RMS, to promote data-driven decision making and leverage various digital systems to support the university’s strategic goals.
The BUU-RMS system, a collaborative development between the Planning Division, the President’s Office, and the Computer Center, is designed to integrate technology and digital strategies into the university’s foundation, goal setting, operational processes, and cultural transformation, with a particular focus on risk management. The BUU-RMS dashboard provides a centralized interface for real-time data visualization, enabling efficient decision-making based on clear and timely information. This system enhances the agility of data-driven decision-making, allowing for the dynamic adjustment of risk management measures and the monitoring of performance outcomes. As such, BUU-RMS contributes to improved operational efficiency for both administrators and staff, aligning with the strategic objectives of Buu University.
