Burapha University warmly welcomed a delegation from the University of Science and Technology (UST), Republic of Korea, during their official visit on 26 August 2026 at Room IF-10M60, 10th Floor, Faculty of Informatics, Burapha University.


On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Parinya Nakpathom, Vice President for Student and Alumni Development, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Punwalai Kewara, Assistant to the President for International Relations, together with administrators and representatives from the Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, Graduate School, and the Global Relations Center, welcomed Mr. Dae Im Kang, President of UST, along with UST administrators and staff.
The visit provided an important opportunity for both institutions to discuss potential academic and research collaboration, as well as other joint activities that could be developed in the future. The discussions also aimed to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions and explore opportunities for continued cooperation.
In addition, representatives from UST introduced their graduate programs to Burapha University undergraduate students interested in pursuing further studies in technology, engineering, and science in the Republic of Korea.
The visit concluded with a group photo session and an exchange of souvenirs, marking a warm and meaningful occasion that further strengthened the relationship between Burapha University and UST.
Burapha University looks forward to developing meaningful academic and research partnerships with UST and creating new opportunities for students, faculty members, and researchers in the future.
